

RECRUITMENT
I. Job Description:
Participate in building, amending and supplementing the charter, promulgating internal rules and regulations of the Company;
Participate in assessing the legality of documents issued by the Board of Directors;
Drafting, reviewing and appraising the legality and legality of legal documents such as business registration papers, production and products, contracts, etc., signed by the Company, participating in trade volume of negotiations with partners;
Monitor and inspect the implementation of laws, charters, internal rules and regulations of the Company. Ensure that all activities of the Company comply with relevant laws;
Participate in legal advice and support for the Board of Directors;
Managing, training and coaching all levels of staff in the room;
Maintain relationships, work directly with law enforcement agencies and solve arising problems related to the law;
On behalf of the Company to conduct legal procedures in the process of complaints, disputes and related legal proceedings;
Timely and accurately update legal documents and policies related to organization and production and business activities;
Monitor the compliance of the Company's legal activities to ensure that the Company's activities comply with relevant laws, internal rules, regulations and the Company's Charter;
Implement periodical and ad hoc reporting regimes as required;
Warning cases of legal non-compliance, controlling the implementation of remedial measures;
Research and offer solutions to bring benefits/minimize legal risks in business, operation and management activities of the Company;
Periodically summarize and report on potential legal risks, assess risks (immediately report for risks assessed as serious) and propose a timely risk reduction action plan;
Perform work requirements as assigned by the Board of Directors of the company;
II. Job requirements:
Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Law, priority is given to candidates with a law practice certificate;
Having knowledge and experience in legal activities of manufacturing enterprises, preferably in the medical field;
Good problem solving soft skills. Soft skills: communication and negotiation, relationship building; planning and organizing the implementation; analyze, synthesize and process information; work independently and in groups; make decision; time management; report;
Patient, proactive, able to work under pressure. Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information, truthfully and meticulously;
Personal qualities/attitude: Objective, calm and brave; Honesty and fairness; Responsibility and assertiveness;
Willing to work overtime or go on business trips when required.
