I. Job Description:

Checking and comparing data arising from accounting of materials, warehouse keeper on import and export of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products;

Gathering of common production costs, reasonably distributed as the basis for calculating product costs;

Forecast purchased raw materials in accordance with production demand in the period, maintaining minimum inventory;

Analyze fluctuations of each cost constituting price for timely reporting;
-
Participate in periodic inventory of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products;

Prepare cost reports and analyze monthly costs incurred;

Synthesize data for reporting and tax declaration;
-
Managing costs, checking warehouse and accounting documents;
-
Perform other tasks when required.
II. Job requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office software;
Patience, honesty, good ability to work under pressure;
Ability to read and understand English is preferred;
Skilled in cost planning by excel and reports;
Careful about reported figures and sensitive to cost fluctuations;
Experienced in working with banks to process payment documents with domestic and foreign suppliers;
Have experience in managing and controlling goods in the warehouse;
Proficient in Misa software is an advantage;
Priority: Male/Female (from 25 to 35 years old).
