

RECRUITMENT
I. Job Description:
Participate in building, amending and supplementing the charter, promulgating internal rules and regulations of the Company;
Support the committee to appraise the legality of documents issued by the Board of Directors;
Participate in compiling and evaluating the legality and legality of legal documents such as business registration papers, production and products, contracts,... signed by the Company, participating in negotiating with partners;
Building relationships, directly working with legal agencies and solving arising problems related to the law;
Prepare legal documents in the process of complaints, disputes and legal proceedings related to the business;
Timely update and accurately report legal documents and policies related to the organization and production and business activities of the Company;
Periodically summarize and report on an overview of the plan for application registration and re-registration;
Perform work requirements as assigned by the Board of Directors.
II. Job requirements:
Graduated from College or above, majoring in Law, priority is given to candidates with working experience in the legal field;
Having knowledge and experience in legal activities of manufacturing enterprises, preferably in the medical field;
Soft skills: Good problem solving; communication and negotiation, relationship building; planning and organizing the implementation; analyze, synthesize and process information; work independently and in groups; make decision; time management; report;
Patient, proactive, able to work under pressure;
Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize information, truthfully and meticulously;

Willing to work overtime or go on business trips when required.
